At Saptshakti Foundation, we value your trust. Please read our refund guidelines carefully:

1. Refunds

   • Refunds are only processed if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.

   • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof at the time of claim.

   • Refund requests must be made within 7–15 days of receiving the product.

2. Cancellations

   • Order cancellation is not available once the order is placed.

3. Replacement

   • In eligible cases, a replacement product will be sent instead of a cash refund.
